1. Check the air filter element and coolant level;
2. Check the hose and all pipe joints for leakage;
3. Check that the consumable parts have reached the replacement cycle and should be stopped for replacement;
4. Check the exhaust temperature of the main engine (normally 70℃-95℃), if it is too high, clean the oil cooler;
5. Check the discharge of condensate, if there is condensed water in the oil and gas barrel, stop and discharge it;
6. Check whether the frequency conversion air compressor has abnormal noise.
Note for frequency conversion air compressor:
1. Connect the power supply when the inverter and PLC indicator light is off.
2. After the unit has a fault alarm, you should contact our after-sales service in time. Please describe the alarm content, use time and address, and contact phone number.
3. At the first start, please pay attention to the correct exhaust direction of the fan (lower in and upper out).
4. Do not mix lubricants of different brands.
5. Consumables and lubricant replacement time and detailed operation methods, please read the instruction manual.
6. Air-cooled users should use a dust blower to clean the fin radiator every week; water-cooled users should pay attention to maintaining the water quality. When the temperature is lower than 2℃, the fan should be suspended and the cooling water should be drained.
