1. Answer and deal with the relevant questions based on the crew's feedback on the recent operation of the machine;
2. Check whether the air compressor system has water leakage, air leakage, or oil leakage, and shut down for maintenance if necessary;
3. Check whether the automatic drains of the air compressor, air storage tank, dryer, and filter are draining normally, and visually check whether the discharged water is in a normal state, and if there is clogging or flying oil, deal with related parts;
4. Inspection records of ambient temperature, ventilation and heat dissipation, and suggestions for improvement if necessary;
5. Exhaust pressure inspection records; adjust the pressure switch and regulator valve when necessary, and check and repair the system when abnormal;
6. Exhaust temperature inspection records, clean the radiator when necessary;
7. Check the record of running hours, confirm the usage hours of consumables, and propose a regular replacement plan for consumables;
8. Check the temperature at the outlet of the compressor head, check the temperature control components and clean the radiator when necessary.
9. Oil tank pressure inspection record, adjust the minimum pressure valve and replace when necessary.
10. Check the pressure difference of oil and gas separator and oil separator; check and repair the system when abnormal, and replace it regularly.
11. Air filter condition inspection record, clean; replace if necessary.
12. Regular inspection of oil level and oil quality; add and replace when necessary.
13. The inspection records of the drive belt coupling are regularly adjusted and replaced; in case of sudden abnormalities, timely adjustment and restoration;
14. Inspection and cleaning of oil circuit system (the quality of air compressor lubricant is very important);
15. Check the noise and vibration of compressor body and motor operation; provide written solutions and suggestions when abnormal, and implement them;
16. Cooling water pressure, inlet temperature, record; check the original and deal with it when abnormal;
