The design should follow the following principles:
1. The length of stainless steel metal hose Φ10-25 or not shorter than 200mm,
2. Φ25-64 should be no shorter than 350mm, flange connection can be 400mm
3. The above Φ64 is not shorter than 800mm
Rubber hose Φ10-25 can be designed according to 400MM, and Φ32 can be no shorter than 15CM

Ordinary air compressors can choose metal hoses and rubber hoses at will. Relatively speaking, stainless steel metal hoses have a higher temperature resistance, and there is no problem with running at relatively high temperatures. Choosing stainless steel metal hoses can improve the machine. The brand advantage is very helpful, but there is not much advantage to the high pressure medium and high pressure piston machine, because the stainless steel metal hose can not withstand too much pressure.
