The explosion-proof inflatable box adopts a double-layer structure: the outer box is made of 5mm steel plate; the two adjacent carbon fiber bottles in the inner box are separated separately, the middle is separated by 6mm steel plate, the front side is made of 3mm steel plate, and the door is made of 5mm steel plate. As a result, the thickness of the steel plate between the explosion-proof inflatable box and the operator is 8mm, so that the safety of the operator is fully guaranteed.

  

The structural design of the explosion-proof inflatable box has the following characteristics:

  

1. There are pressure relief holes on the inner layer of the outer box and the bottom of the box. When the gas cylinder is blasted, the expanded compressed air is discharged through the space between the inner and outer boxes and the pressure relief hole at the bottom of the box to prevent injury to the operator.

  

2. The door opening interlocking device automatically cuts off the inflation circuit when opening the door, and automatically opens the inflation circuit when closing the door.

  

3. Independent bottle filling hose and bottle filling valve, the number of filling bottles can be selected according to the situation.

  

4. The door-closing self-locking device prevents the door from being opened when the bottle is filled and when the gas cylinder is blasted.

  

5. The filling height of the gas cylinder is low, which is convenient for operation.

  

6. The vent valve includes a vent silencer.

  

7. The cylinder bracket adopts a rotating structure and is equipped with a pneumatic spring, which is convenient for switching and reducing the load of the operator.

  

8. Automatic sound and light reminder when filling to set pressure.

  

9. 6.8L and 9L cylinders are universally designed.

  

10. The throttle valve controls the filling speed to ensure the safety of the carbon fiber bottle.

  

11. The pressure reducing valve prevents overpressure in the carbon fiber bottle.
