Application in industrial nitrogen compressor

Nitrogen is an inert gas and is widely present in the atmosphere. It is a relatively cheap gas, so it is widely used in the national economy such as laser cutting, chemical protective gas, chemical synthesis, electronics industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc.

The following examples illustrate the application of nitrogen compressors in the nitrogen industry.

laser cutting

Nitrogen is used as a protective gas in laser cutting. Medium-pressure nitrogen is mainly used to blow away oxygen to prevent metal oxidation of the incision and the surrounding area from high temperature during the cutting process, thereby avoiding the appearance of oxidized brown spots.

Achieve smooth cutting surface, no burrs and no scum effect

Generally, the pressure of nitrogen required for laser cutting is 15-40 bar, and the nitrogen generated from PSA-type nitrogen is 10 bar.

Therefore, the nitrogen compressor requires pressurized nitrogen, and the nitrogen pressure is referred to as the pressure required for laser cutting.

1. Nitrogen storage

Generally, the nitrogen pressure of the PSA nitrogen generator is not high. It is more economical if the capacity of the nitrogen generator is in excess, or if peak and valley electricity is used for filling at night. This is necessary to store nitrogen for later use. It is pressurized with a nitrogen compressor at a pressure of 200-300 kg and filled into a high-pressure bottle. A high-pressure bottle can be filled with about 10 cubic meters of nitrogen.

2. Nitrogen storage

Generally, the nitrogen pressure of the PSA nitrogen generator is not high. If the nitrogen generator has excess capacity, or if it is full of peak-to-peak power at night, there are more economic benefits. It is necessary to store nitrogen for subsequent use. At this time, the nitrogen compressor is pressurized and generally used. Fill the high-pressure bottle at a pressure of 200-300 kg, and the high-pressure bottle can be filled with about 10 cubic meters of nitrogen.
