Nitrogen compressor has the advantages of large working pressure range, wide flow range, easy control, safe operation and so on. It is an important equipment in the iron and steel industry and an important part of industrial production. The leakage of nitrogen compressor is a common equipment problem. Generally, the leakage causes can be attributed to the following points:
(1) Leakage caused by medium corrosion;
(2) Leakage of welding parts caused by welding sand holes or medium corrosion to welds;
(3) Leakage caused by seal failure:
(4) Manufacturing defects of the equipment itself, such as sand holes, cracks, etc;
(5) Severe vibration occurs during equipment operation, resulting in local cracks or seal failure and leakage of equipment:
(6) Leakage caused by equipment damage due to overload operation;
(7) Leakage caused by improper material selection;
(8) Leakage caused by inadequate maintenance.
