2. The number of wearing parts of the unit is greatly reduced. If the labyrinth compressor is used, its sealing principle is throttling seal, and there are no wearing parts such as piston rings, support rings and packing rings. However, the horizontal counter-balanced reciprocating machine has a large number of wearing parts, and the nitrogen medium has a brittle effect on the wearing parts (the material is filled with PTFE self-lubricating material), which greatly reduces the service life and increases the continuous flow of the unit. Operational risk also greatly increases the workload of follow-up inspection and maintenance, wastes a lot of human resources, and at the same time requires greater storage requirements for future spare parts and higher operating costs.
3. High efficiency. Due to the use of labyrinth compressor, there is no direct blocking friction between the cylinder and the piston seal, which can save a lot of energy loss, saving 40kW·h.
4. The cost of land use and the amount of on-site construction have dropped significantly. Due to the use of labyrinth compressors, the unit occupies a small space, the required workshop area is small, and the civil construction foundation is small, the on-site construction workload is greatly reduced, and the installation time can be greatly shortened.
5. The pipeline layout is simple and should not cause pipeline vibration. Due to the use of labyrinth compressors, the number of units is reduced, the pipeline arrangement is easier, there is no mutual influence of multi-unit work and process medium airflow pulsation during switching, and the possibility of pipeline vibration is lower, which is conducive to long-term stable and continuous operation of the unit .
