Whether the compressor is brand-new or second-hand is very different in value. Second-hand products may only be 1/2 or even 1/3 of the price of brand-new products. Some unscrupulous merchants refurbish and sell them with shoddy products. After suffering a big loss, today De Haha will introduce to you how to identify whether the compressor is second-hand.
1. Check the winding resistance
This method is suitable for users who buy several compressors at a time. You can directly measure the winding resistance with a meter. If it is a brand new machine, the winding resistance is the same. If the values are different, it is worth paying attention to whether there are traces of use.
2. Exhaust port test
When each compressor is in use, the exhaust port will emit gas. When the compressor is turned on, you can smell the exhaust port for serious odor. You can also use a lighter to hit the exhaust port to see if there is any abnormal change in the color of the flame. The change means that the compressor has been used and filled with fluorine, which is impossible to clean with any solvent.
3. Check the surface paint
The new compressor surface paint is painted with water-soluble paint or fluorocarbon paint. Normally, the paint surface is uniform and smooth, and the paint surface will not have any abnormal changes under high temperature. It's all done by small factories, and most of the paint processing is not up to this level of craftsmanship.
4. Trademark inspection
The trademark of the original machine is clear and free of burrs, and the content of the nameplate is also consistent with the model of the machine. Many refurbished compressors are processed in one batch, and these details are not properly handled. It is likely that the nameplates, trademarks and instructions used by different models of machines All are the same, and the user must pay attention to check after purchasing the compressor.
5. Inspection of the inner wall of the pipeline
The high and low pressure nozzles of the compressor are directly high-frequency welded on the production line, and the normal pipe walls are smooth without any welding slag. If polishing or welding slag is found, the compressor is likely to be used or Repaired.
Normally, as long as the above five check items are completed, you can avoid the chance of buying a refurbished machine. If you are really unlucky and buy a shoddy product, users can also solve the problem through relevant legal channels.
