The screw air compressor must be maintained regularly. What happens if you don't maintain it regularly? The editor gave what kind of dangerous accident: "The screw air compressor must be regularly maintained, otherwise the danger is abnormal!
Unplanned Maintenance Consequences
Untimely soot blowing and replacement of air filter elements can lead to: Blockage, reduced intake and exhaust. It also causes negative pressure to increase and press in, contaminants into the machine, oil filter plugging, oil separation core plugging, cooling lubricant deterioration, and engine wear.
Unscheduled Oil Filter Changes: When the differential pressure increases, excess oil decreases, and the main engine exhaust temperature rises and stops. If the pressure difference between front and rear is too large, contaminants enter the machine, block the oil separator, and wear out the main engine.
Do not replace the oil separation core: as the pressure difference between the front and rear increases, the main motor current increases, which also reduces the oil discharge. If the pressure difference between the front and rear is too large to be decomposed, the cooling oil will enter the pipeline with the air until it is exhausted, and the exhaust temperature of the main engine will rise and stop.
Unclean pipe fittings: When blocked, a small amount of oil and air enters the pipe, causing oil loss and oil starvation.
Add butter to the main motor bearings from time to time: the bearings wear out until the main motor burns out.
It can be seen that the maintenance of screw air compressors is still car-like and should be routinely maintained after a period of time. Air compressors are well maintained and can serve you better. Just like the long work before, the owner gives him enough food and he works hard for you.
routine maintenance
Check oil level, check air filter and coolant level, check hoses and all fittings for leaks, check that consumable parts have reached the replacement cycle and must be shut down for replacement, and check that the exhaust temperature of the main unit is up to or close to the high temperature alarm value. In order to check the differential pressure of the separator, the oil cooler must be cleaned. The separator should be replaced when the differential pressure is 0.6 bar or higher (limit of 1 bar) or when the differential pressure starts.
2. Monthly maintenance
Check cooler, clean if necessary, check all wiring and tightening, check AC contactor contacts, clean motor cleaner and dust from housing surfaces, clean oil filter, check air compressor setup and operation.
3. Quarterly maintenance
Clean main motor and fan motor, replace oil filter, clean cooler, check minimum pressure valve, safety valve and sensor.
4. Annual maintenance
Change oil and "oil separator" filter element, change air filter, oil filter, check safety valve, check flexible coupling, check cooling fan, clean auto drain valve, add or replace motor grease.
