How to deal with the fault of air compressor solenoid valve

The main function of the solenoid valve in the air compressor is to adjust the parameters such as the bias pressure, flow rate, on-off and so on of the medium. Once the solenoid valve fails, it will affect the switching of the screw air compressor. Action of valves and control valves. Today, I will introduce to you the common faults of solenoid valves and how to deal with them.

1. The screw air compressor solenoid valve terminal is loose or falls off. Solenoid valve not energized. The problem can be solved by tightening the terminals.

2. The solenoid valve of the screw compressor leaks. Leaks can cause insufficient air pressure, making it difficult to open and close the valve. The reason for this is a damaged gasket or a worn sliding valve, causing multiple cavity channeling.

3. The solenoid valve coil of the screw air compressor is burned out. If the solenoid valve coil is burned out, you can remove the solenoid valve connection and measure with a multimeter. If the circuit is open, the solenoid valve coil will burn out. The reason for the dampness of the coil leads to poor insulation and magnetic leakage, and the current in the coil is too large to burn. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent rainwater from entering the solenoid valve. In addition, the tension spring is too hard, the reaction force is too large, the number of coil turns is too small, and the suction force will also burn the coil. When handling, the manual button on the coil can be pushed from the "0" position to the "1" position during normal operation, thereby opening the valve.

4. The solenoid valve of the screw air compressor is stuck. The matching gap between the sliding sleeve and the solenoid valve core is very small, and it is generally installed in a single piece. When there are mechanical impurities or too little lubricating oil, it is easy to block. Treatment method: pierce the wire into the small hole of the head to make it rebound. The complete solution is to remove the solenoid valve, remove the spool and spool sleeve, and clean with CCI4 (carbon tetrachloride, the name of an organic reagent) so that the spool is inside the spool sleeve. Internal movements are sensitive. When disassembling, pay attention to the installation sequence of each component and the direction of external wiring, so as to re-install and correct wiring, check whether the oil mist nozzle is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is not satisfied.
