1. The accumulation of condensed water causes the oil level reading to be wrong;


According to the operation requirements of the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor, the air compressor should have a minimum operating time to prevent the formation of condensed water, because the condensed water will cause the rust of the cylinder valve plate, frame parts, etc. Condensate buildup in the crankcase can cause erroneous oil level readings. Water and oil cannot mix, and their co-existence causes the oil to deteriorate rapidly.


2. The water content of the exhaust air of the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor is seriously exceeding the standard;


Because the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor has been in standby for a long time, the moisture generated by the exhaust gas accumulates around the pipeline and the check valve, causing the water to return to the inside of the chassis, and the water content of the lubricating oil gradually increases, which eventually leads to the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor oil. Bit alarm and fault shutdown. When the outlet pipe of the air compressor was stopped and removed, it was found that there was milky white liquid flowing out of the pipe, which indicated that the exhaust water content of the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor was seriously exceeding the standard.


3. The gas-water separator cannot well separate the moisture generated during the compression process;


The outlet pipeline of the permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor is provided with a check valve, and the high temperature and high pressure humid air is discharged through the air compressor exhaust valve, and still entrains certain oil and water components after passing through the after-stage cooler. The secondary and tertiary intercoolers and final coolers of the compressor are equipped with gas-water separators to separate the moisture generated during the compression process, but the actual operation effect is not ideal.


In order to avoid sparks caused by the accumulation of static electricity, the compressor unit should be grounded, which should be paid special attention to in the portable compressor unit. Impact and abnormal seizure of parts may cause high temperature, so the container and pipeline parts are not allowed to loosen, and the moving parts in the crankcase are not allowed to be abnormally rubbed and seized. Flammable sealing materials should not be used. Eliminate faults that cause compressed air temperature to rise. For example, air leakage from the valve, air leakage through the piston ring in a double-acting or differential cylinder, will cause an increase in the temperature of the intake air, thereby increasing the temperature of the exhaust gas accordingly. When the air volume is adjusted by cutting off the intake air, the temperature at the end of compression in the cylinder will increase sharply, so the adjustment time should not be too long. Of course, special attention should be paid to the removal of oil carbon deposits, because it is the combustion source of spontaneous combustion due to the oxidation exothermic reaction.
