When using a permanent magnet twin-screw air compressor, you will encounter various warnings. So how do you know the warning function of a permanent magnet twin-screw air compressor? Let me discuss it with you below

1. Air filter warning

①. Detect air filter blockage. (In the hardware parameters, there is a switch input terminal function, set to air filter detection function).

After detecting that the air filter pressure differential switch is closed, the text display prompts "air filter blockage".

②. Air filter usage time warning

The air filter usage time is up, and the text display prompts "air filter usage time is up".

2. Oil filter warning

①. Detect oil filter blockage (In the hardware parameters, there is a switch input terminal function, set to oil filter detection function).

After detecting that the oil filter pressure differential switch is closed, the text display prompts "oil filter blockage".

②. Oil filter usage time warning

The oil filter usage time is up, and the text display prompts "oil filter usage time is up".

3. Oil separator warning

①. Detect oil separator blockage (there is a switch input terminal function in the hardware parameters, set to oil detection function).

After the oil separator pressure differential switch is detected to be closed, the text display prompts "Oil separator blocked".

②. Oil separator usage time warning

The oil separator usage time is up, and the text display prompts "Oil separator usage time is up".

4. Lubricant usage time warning

The lubricant usage time is up, and the text display prompts "Lubricant usage time is up"

5. Grease usage time warning

The grease usage time is up, and the text display prompts "Grease usage time is up"
