3. Check the water temperature of the air compressor. Pay more attention to it above 90℃ and take cooling measures.
4. Keep the cooling part of the air compressor clean. Do not pile up debris around the heat sink, and do not accumulate too much oil. Clean it in time to keep the heat dissipation unobstructed.
5. Check whether the return oil pipeline is unobstructed. If there is oil blockage or distortion in the pipeline, it should be cleared in time.
6. Check the joints of the air compressor, especially the oil leakage parts, to see if the parts are damaged and replace them in time.
7. Check if the air filter of the air compressor is damaged, or if the filter element is blocked due to long-term use, environmental pollution, etc., and clean and replace it in time.
8. Check if the lubrication pressure of the air compressor matches the rated pressure, and make corresponding adjustments in time.
