Generally, the "oil leakage" of the air compressor may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The oil separator is not installed and needs to be installed;
2. The oil separator is installed, but the quality has been bad for a long time and the oil separator needs to be replaced;
3. The return oil pipe is not in place and needs to be adjusted;
4. The return oil pipe is blocked and the oil pipe needs to be unblocked;
5. The oil-gas separator is blocked and the oil-gas separator needs to be unblocked;
6. Check whether the return oil check valve has become two-way and replace it;
7. The operating pressure of the machine is too low and the oil has deteriorated. The machine needs to be repaired and the oil needs to be replaced;
8. There is a weld on the baffle of the oil-gas separation barrel and it needs to be sewed in time;
9. The oil leaks at high temperature and the cause of high temperature should be checked.
