Fault phenomenon: high exhaust temperature of screw air compressor unit (100℃)
Analysis:
First, the coolant level of the screw air compressor unit is too low (it should be visible from the oil sight glass, but not more than half)
Second, the oil cooler is dirty. How to judge it? It mainly depends on the temperature difference between the oil inlet temperature and the oil outlet temperature. The normal temperature is between 20-30 degrees. If the external dust blocks the radiator, it only needs to be blown dry. If it cannot be blown or the inside is dirty, you need to contact the manufacturer of the machine and solve it according to the method provided by the manufacturer.
Third, the oil filter of the screw air compressor is clogged
Fourth, the temperature control valve is faulty (or the component is damaged)
Fifth, the oil cut-off solenoid valve is not powered or the coil is damaged, or the solenoid valve diaphragm is broken or aged
Sixth, the cooling fan motor is faulty
Seventh, the exhaust duct is not smooth or the exhaust resistance is large
Eighth, the external ambient temperature exceeds the specified range
