How to start and shut down the screw air compressor

Many industries and enterprises are now using screw air compressors. As compressed air manufacturing equipment, the role of air compressors in the production process of enterprises is self-evident. In order to better play the performance of screw air compressors and make the air compressors operate safely and normally, the air compressor operators should start and shut down the screw air compressors in the correct order. The following is an introduction to the steps of starting and shutting down the machine.

First, the steps for starting the screw air compressor:

1. First, make a preliminary inspection of the air compressor, and then start the machine after checking that there is no abnormality: Check whether the connections of each component are loose, if so, tighten them; check whether the air compressor lubricating oil is sufficient, and fill it up if not.

2. Open the drain valve under the gas tank to drain water.

3. Turn on the power switch, turn on the cold dryer or dryer first, and then start the air compressor.

4. The unit is automatically loaded in about 2 seconds, the air intake valve opens, and the pointers of the lubricating oil pressure gauge and the exhaust pressure gauge rise.

5. After starting loading, check whether the oil level is within the normal range.

6. Check whether there is any leakage of air, oil or water at each connection.

7. If there is any abnormal sound or vibration, stop the machine immediately for inspection and start it only after the fault is eliminated.

The second is the air compressor shutdown steps:

1. Turn off the air compressor first, then turn off the cold dryer and dryer.

2. Press the "stop" button and wait for the unit to automatically delay shutdown before pulling down the power supply switch.

3. Do not use the "emergency stop" button unless there is an emergency.

Opening and closing the screw air compressor in the correct order can not only make it work better, but also reduce the occurrence of faults accordingly.
