1. Adjustment of screw air compressor pressure regulator
The unloading pressure is adjusted with the upper adjustment bolt. To increase the unloading pressure, turn the bolt clockwise. To reduce the unloading pressure, turn counterclockwise. The differential pressure is adjusted with the differential knob at the bottom. When it is turned counterclockwise, the air compressor differential pressure decreases, and when it is turned clockwise, the differential pressure increases. (The minimum differential pressure is recommended to be 0.06MPa, and the adjustment range is 0.06￣0.25MPa)
2. Cleaning of screw air compressor air filter
We all know that the principle of the air filter of the air compressor is that the dust in the inhaled air will be blocked in the filter, which can prevent the air compressor from being worn out prematurely and the oil separator from being blocked. Usually, the filter element needs to be replaced after 1000 hours or one year of operation. In some places where the use environment is dusty, the replacement interval will be shortened. The filter must be shut down for maintenance. In order to reduce the downtime, individuals replace a new or cleaned spare filter element.
3. Cooler
The inner and outer surfaces of the cooler pipes must be kept clean, otherwise the cooling effect will be reduced, so this should be cleaned regularly according to the working environment.
4. Gas tank/oil-gas separator
The gas tank/oil-gas separator is manufactured and accepted according to the pressure vessel specifications and shall not be modified arbitrarily.
5. Safety valve
The safety valve installed on the gas tank/oil-gas separator should be checked at least once a year. The adjustment of the safety valve should be carried out by a dedicated person. The lever should be loosened at least once every three months to open and close the valve once to ensure that the safety valve can work normally.
6. Motor overload relay
Under normal circumstances, the relay contacts should be closed. When the current exceeds the rated value, it opens to cut off the power supply to the motor.
