The oil return pipe is a device that extracts residual oil from the oil separator core. If the device is abnormal, the accumulated oil inside the oil separator core cannot be discharged and can only be taken away by compressed air, resulting in high exhaust oil content.
① Blockage
This does not need to be explained. The solution is to find a way to get it unblocked.
② Failure of the one-way valve
There is a very small one-way valve on the oil return pipe, which is a one-way valve from the oil separator core to the machine head. Failure is nothing more than being completely blocked or fully connected. Being completely blocked means being stuck, and being fully connected does not work because when the unit is unloaded, the oil in the machine head may flow directly back into the oil separator core. The solution is to replace it. This component is small and has no maintenance.
③ Improper installation
Improper installation refers specifically to the improper installation of the oil return pipe inserted into the oil and gas barrel. One is that it is not inserted to the bottom, and the other is that the contact surface between the oil return pipe and the bottom of the oil separator core is not beveled, but a flat head, which blocks itself.
