1. Replace the piston machine Although the industry has entered the era of screw machines for nearly 20 years, at present, the most used domestic air compressors are still piston machines. Compared with traditional piston compressors, screw air compressors have the advantages of simple structure, small size, high reliability, stability, and simple maintenance. 2. Pressure drop control: Pressure gauges are set up in each section of the pipeline. Generally, the pressure drop from the air compressor outlet to the factory use point cannot exceed 1 bar, and the more stringent one cannot exceed 10%, that is, 0.7 bar.
