Air compressor is a basic product of industrial modernization, a manufacturing device for compressed air, and the main body that provides air kinetic energy. Loading is the basic "literacy" of air compressor. When the air pressure of the air compressor is lower than the air pressure required for the operation of the equipment, loading operation (that is, the process of compressing air) is carried out. In the use of air compressors, sometimes there will be problems that cannot be loaded. For the situation where the air compressor cannot be loaded, the reasons and solutions are summarized:
1. The loading solenoid valve is not normally powered or fails. The solenoid valve can be disassembled and reasonable maintenance and replacement steps can be taken.
2. The pipeline pressure of the gas delivery exceeds the rated value, causing the regulator to fail. Check the regulator problem, and after the problem is solved, the pressure will naturally return to normal.
3. The pipeline has a leak problem, which is not discovered and controlled in time: whether the minimum pressure valve is leaking, whether the intake valve pipeline is leaking, whether the sealing coil is aging and leaking, etc. Check each pipeline and interface in turn, find out where the leak is, and take effective repair measures in time.
4. The minimum pressure valve fails, does not work when loaded, and the high-temperature compressed air cannot enter the cooler. Remove it to check the fault and replace it if necessary.
Failures occur for reasons. When the air compressor fails, first find out the possible causes of the failure, and then check them one by one. After finding the cause and ensuring that the failure is resolved, you can resume production and start the air compressor.
