If the oil temperature is too low during the operation of the air compressor, condensed water will be generated, which is harmful to the screw. Therefore, when the oil temperature is too low, the pipe to the cooler is bypassed through the temperature control valve to achieve the purpose of controlling the oil temperature. With the increase of use time, the temperature control material of the temperature control valve ages or is blocked by impurities in the air, so that the pipeline and the oil filter are in a normal or semi-open state, so that part of the cooling oil cannot reach the oil cooler for cooling. The cooling oil is circulated over and over again, and the temperature gradually increases, and finally the temperature of the machine head is too high.
Daily maintenance of thermostatic valve:
After the air compressor has been used for a certain period of time, the temperature control valve needs to be removed for cleaning to ensure cleanliness. At the same time, the performance of the temperature control valve itself needs to be tested. For the majority of users, a relatively simple method can be used to judge: remove the temperature control valve, take out the valve core, and put it into 80% water for observation. After the valve core is fully expanded in this environment, it is 10 to 15 mm longer than the length at normal temperature. Such a valve core can work normally. If the valve core is aged, the temperature control valve must be replaced.
