There is water in the air, but the water content is different at different humidity. If the temperature inside the cabinet and the temperature of the evaporator are relatively high and dry, the water in the compressed air is not easy to condense into water droplets, and the water vapor will be discharged from the system along with the air flow during evacuation.


If the cabinet temperature is very low, that is, the evaporator temperature is very low (sometimes there is ice inside the refrigerator when repairing it), the water brought in during pressure test will form water droplets or form frost in the evaporator pipe and adhere to the pipe.


Such frost will not be discharged from the body during evacuation. Only by removing all the ice in the refrigerator, and then using the baking method to increase the evaporator temperature, can the water droplets and frost in the pipe be vaporized and then evacuated out of the body. It can also be treated by adding refrigerant and then evacuating.

The solution is to let the refrigeration compressor run and heat up, so that the temperature of the refrigeration oil rises, and the water slowly precipitates in the rotation of the rotor and the temperature of the refrigeration oil. Continuously evacuate, add refrigerant to test the machine, if there is still ice blockage, repeat the above procedures until the ice blockage is eliminated.
