1) Service tenet: reputation first, efficiency first, customer first, service first;


2) Service terms: ① Free installation guidance and provide complete installation reference diagrams;


② Free training for users; ③ Free on-site machine commissioning


a. Inspect the installation on site; b. Inspect the purification system equipment of the compressor;


c. Start the machine and debug it for normal operation; d. Inspect and record the commissioning and operation status, and establish user files;


④ The company visits users from time to time to ensure that the machine is running normally;


3) After the warranty period expires, the company provides annual regular maintenance service items;

4) Service time limit: Any problems encountered by users in any region will be handled in the fastest way;

5) Service network: The company has after-sales service outlets and spare parts warehouses in large and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Shenyang, Jilin, Shanghai, Shanxi, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Wuhan, Jiangsu, Jinan, Shijiazhuang, Qingdao, Sichuan, Taiyuan, Hebei, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, India, Pakistan, etc., to ensure that users are provided with timely and fast services, ensure that consumables are provided to users in a timely manner, and meet users' various needs;


6) Service support: After the equipment is installed, our company will send technicians to be responsible for equipment commissioning and provide free user training. After the equipment is debugged and qualified, the warranty period of the whole machine is one year. Within one year, our company will be responsible for free maintenance and provide pure German Rotorcomp imported accessories, and will provide lifelong service for users. The accessories used are purchased directly by the user from the supplier, and our company only charges the cost for providing them. The warranty period of the main engine (yin and yang rotors) is five years. If there are quality problems within five years, free labor time will be provided for maintenance.
