1. Connect the gas pipeline as required to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed to avoid the rapid increase of air pressure after startup.
2. Check whether the pipeline joints, instrument joints, wires, etc. of the machine are loose or fall off due to transportation, installation, etc. If so, please tighten them in time.
3. Check whether the oil level in the oil and gas barrel is at the mark position on the oil level gauge to ensure that the oil level is between the upper and lower marks after startup. If not, please replenish it in time.
4. Before the test run, add about half a liter of lubricating oil from the intake valve and turn the air compressor by hand for several turns to prevent the air compressor from burning due to oil loss during startup. Please pay special attention not to let foreign objects fall into the compression chamber to avoid damaging the machine head.
5. Check whether the power supply is installed correctly. If the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply is incorrect or the phase is missing, the controller will display a fault message. At this time, the phase sequence should be adjusted and any two phases of the power cord can be swapped.
6. Despite the phase sequence protection, the main engine direction should still be checked. The method is: press the start button for 2 seconds, then immediately press the emergency stop button to confirm that the main engine direction is consistent with the arrow direction on the end face of the machine head (shaft extension end).
7. Press the start button to start operation.
8. Observe whether the pressure and temperature rise normally, and whether the display has abnormal indications. If there are abnormal indications, immediately press the "emergency stop button" to stop and check.
9. Check whether the machine can load normally. If abnormal sounds, abnormal vibrations or oil leakage are found, immediately press the "emergency stop button" to stop and check.
10. Check the unloading function. When the exhaust pressure reaches the upper limit set by the microcomputer controller, the machine should be able to unload automatically; when the system pressure drops to the set lower limit, the machine should be able to load and run automatically.
11. Check whether the exhaust temperature is kept below 95℃. 12. Press the "stop" button to check whether the compressor can delay shutdown normally 13. If everything is normal, press the "emergency stop button" to check whether the compressor can stop in an emergency
