Article 7.0.1 The production water of compressed air station should adopt one-way water supply, except that interruption of compressed air supply will cause great losses.
Article 7.0.2 The cooling water of compressed air station should adopt circulating water or reuse water system, except that local water resources are abundant and DC water supply system is allowed. Circulating water should adopt open high-level cooling tower or closed system.
Article 7.0.3 The water supply pressure (gauge pressure) at the cooling water inlet of piston air compressor shall not be greater than 0.3Mpa and should not be less than 0.07Mpa.
Note: When the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water of air compressor is less than 10℃ or a closed circulation system is adopted, the above 0.07 Mpa water pressure value should be appropriately increased.
Article 7.0.4 The cooling water quality of air compressor and aftercooler shall meet the following requirements:
1. The suspended matter content should not be greater than 100mg/l;
2. The pH value should not be less than 6.5 and should not be greater than 9;
3. It should be thermally stable.
Article 7.0.5 The thermal stability of cooling water shall meet the following requirements:
1. When a circulating system is used for water supply, the thermal stability requirements of water quality shall be implemented in accordance with the current national "Industrial Circulating Cooling Water Treatment Design Specifications". When soft water is available within the enterprise and the system is economically reasonable, the water supply of the circulating system can be reused with soft water.
2. When a direct current system is used for water supply, the drainage temperature should not exceed the provisions of Table 7.0.5 according to the carbonate hardness of the cooling water.
Article 7.0.6 A drainage funnel or water flow observation device must be installed on the drainage pipe of the air compressor unit.
Article 7.0.7 The water supply and drainage system of the compressed air station should ensure that the stored water can be drained.
