1. Since the air compressor base has a shock pad and no fixed support, all external pipelines must have their own independent support. When installing the pipeline, consider not allowing condensed water to flow back into the air compressor when it is shut down. (The pipeline connecting the air compressor must not be higher than the air outlet of the air compressor)
2. When the air compressor is used in conjunction with the dryer, the ideal piping system is to install an air storage tank between the air compressor and the dryer, so that the gas discharged from the air compressor can be cooled and some condensed water can be separated. At the same time, after passing through the air storage tank, the compressed air with a lower temperature and less water content is transported to the dryer, which can reduce the load of the dryer and save energy.
3. The ideal piping is that the main line surrounds the entire gas-using plant, so that compressed air can be obtained from both sides at any position, and appropriate valves are configured on the surrounding main line to facilitate maintenance and cut-off.

When a more precise pressure control is required, frequency conversion speed regulation can be used to ensure it. In a single installed air compressor, the frequency conversion speed regulator can operate continuously, and the air pressure can basically be kept within a narrow error range of 0.2BAR. Compared with the traditional loading and unloading ON/OFF control, it can save about 2% of energy, but the traditional control pressure error is about 0.5BAR, and the accuracy is naturally low.
(3) Reduce gas consumption When the average load pressure is low, the use of variable frequency speed regulation can reduce the leakage of the equipment and reduce the gas consumption. At 7.0 BAR, the typical gas consumption can be reduced by about 2%. Variable frequency speed regulation is ideal for controlling load equipment with variable pressure, and the air compressor can provide full capacity gas supply. However, when it is necessary to provide full load operation (i.e., when operating at rated value), variable frequency speed regulation has no advantage, but consumes more power, and the increased power is mainly used for the power consumption of the inverter itself.
