1. Check whether the internal circuit of the machine is normal; tighten the electrical terminals and check whether the oil level is within the normal range.
2. Check whether the pipelines are loose.
3. Add a small amount of clean engine oil from the air inlet and manually turn the engine (belt and direct-connected models)
4. Power on and check whether the three-phase power supply is normal.
5. Check whether the controller data is abnormal.
6. Run the unit for 2 hours, record the operating data every hour, and check the unit for running, bubbling, dripping, and leakage.
Pay special attention to the fact that when the air compressor is stopped for a long time and then restarted, do not press the start button directly. The engine head is easy to get stuck due to lack of oil. Be sure to start it in a jog mode!
