Working principle of vortex air compressor

The vortex air compressor is the latest air compressor developed in recent years. The vortex air compressor is composed of two dynamic and static vortex discs of double-function equation type meshing with each other. During the suction, compression and exhaust operation process, the static disc is fixed on the frame, and the dynamic disc is driven by the eccentric shaft and restrained by the anti-rotation mechanism. It rotates around the static disc base circle with a very small radius. The gas is sucked into the periphery of the static disc through the air. As the eccentric shaft rotates, the gas is gradually compressed in several crescent-shaped compression chambers combined by the dynamic disc, and then discharged continuously from the axial holes of the static disc base component.

Because several working chambers are compressed gradually, the pressure difference between adjacent working chambers is very small, so there is naturally little leakage. A compression process is compressed several times, and the thermal efficiency is high.
