The possible impact of high oil temperature and exhaust temperature on the compressor

(1) If the suction gas temperature is too high, the exhaust volume will be reduced.

(2) If the air temperature is too high during the compression process, the power consumption will increase and the productivity will be reduced.

(3) If the cylinder temperature is too high, the lubricating oil in the valve and piston ring will coke and lose its lubricating effect. If it touches a spark, there is a risk of explosion. If the cylinder temperature is too high, the piston ring, valve, packing and other parts will work poorly, increase wear and seal poorly.

(4) If the temperature is too high, the bearings and bushings will be burned, and even the compressor will not be able to operate.

(5) If the parts are overheated, the mechanical strength will be reduced and even deformed.

(6) If the oil temperature is too high, the oil viscosity and oil pressure will be reduced, affecting the lubrication effect.

(7) If the cooling water temperature is too high, the cooling effect will be reduced.

(8) If the temperature of the motor or internal combustion engine is too high, there is a risk of burning.
