1. Use clean, high-quality compressor oil and replace it regularly according to maintenance requirements. Depending on working conditions and environment, you can choose compressor oil formulated with Group IV or V synthetic oils, or compressor oil based on Group III highly refined hydrocarbon oils, avoiding the use of Group I/II mineral oils with insufficient saturation and more impurities.
2. Use high-quality maintenance parts and regularly replace high-quality and efficient oil separators, oil filters, and air filters according to maintenance requirements. This effectively filters external and internal sources of contamination, ensuring the normal operation of the air compressor.
3. Maintain normal operating temperature and pressure, ensure good ventilation in the compressor station, and avoid prolonged operation at high temperatures and pressures.
4. Use auxiliary cleaning methods to keep the air compressor clean. Use high-quality and effective cleaning fluids to regularly clean all parts of the air compressor, ensuring that the rotor and oil circuit are relatively clean, and preventing the mixing of different types, models, and new and old oils.
