Consequences of Irregular Maintenance of Screw Air Compressors

Why is regular maintenance necessary for screw air compressors, and what are the consequences of neglecting it?

Consequences of Irregular Maintenance of Screw Air Compressors:

Irregular dust blowing and air filter replacement will cause: Air filter blockage, reduced air intake, and a gradual decrease in exhaust volume. Infrequent replacement will lead to increased negative pressure and pressure failure, allowing contaminants to enter the machine, clogging the oil filter and oil separator, deteriorating the cooling lubricating oil, and causing wear on the main unit.

Irregular oil filter replacement: As the pressure difference increases, the oil flow decreases, the main unit's exhaust temperature rises, and the machine shuts down.

Not replacing the oil separator: As the pressure difference increases, the main motor current increases, and the exhaust volume gradually decreases. If the pressure difference becomes too large and causes a breakdown, cooling oil will enter the pipeline with air until it is completely used up, the main unit's exhaust temperature rises, and the machine shuts down.

Not cleaning oil pipe joints: If blocked, a small amount of oil will enter the pipeline with air, resulting in significant oil loss and insufficient oil level.

The main motor bearings were not lubricated regularly: the bearings wore down until the main motor burned out.
