In view of the working principle of the Roots blower, its outlet temperature is generally higher than the inlet temperature. The approximate outlet temperature is calculated as: inlet temperature + pressure. This formula can roughly calculate the outlet temperature of the Roots blower. When its outlet temperature is abnormal, it may be caused by the following reasons:
1. Its lubrication effect is not good
The quality of the lubricating oil is low, which causes greater mechanical wear, produces excess heat, and increases the temperature of the outlet gas.
2. Safety valve failure
The safety valve is a device that coordinates the pressure of the Roots blower. When the pressure is too high, the safety valve will adjust the pressure. If the safety valve fails, the pressure of the Roots blower will be too high, causing the gas compression ratio to increase, which will generate too much heat, causing the gas temperature of the Roots blower and the outlet to increase.
3. Friction of its fan parts
During its use, or during the development and production of Roots blowers, there may be mechanical wear or substandard product quality. Such phenomena will aggravate its mechanical wear and generate a large amount of heat.
4. Its rotor is deflected
Its rotor is deformed or tilted, which will cause the dynamic balance of the impeller to be unbalanced. The mutual friction between the impellers generates heat and increases the outlet temperature. The unbalanced rotor will also be accompanied by other failures, such as excessive pressure, noise, vibration, etc. If there is abnormal noise and vibration during its use, the rotor should be inspected in time.
5. Its installation space is small
The installation space is too small, resulting in poor heat dissipation of the Roots blower, which in turn affects the temperature of the exhaust gas.
