The core design utilizes 100% oil-free lubrication (such as labyrinth pistons and self-lubricating materials), combined 

with precision filtration, ensuring zero oil contamination during the compression process and producing high-purity 

nitrogen gas. This is the cornerstone for applications in industries such as food and electronics.


2. Achieving Stable High-Pressure Output

It can efficiently boost low-pressure or medium-pressure nitrogen gas (such as ≤10 Bar gas from a nitrogen generator) 

to a stable pressure of 15-300 Bar or even higher, meeting the needs of various high-pressure processes.

Compared to directly producing high-pressure nitrogen gas from an air compressor, the booster utilizes an existing 

low-pressure nitrogen source for "secondary pressurization," significantly reducing energy consumption and making the
