According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA), we utilize zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, because zeolite molecular sieve has the characteristics of selective adsorption, nitrogen is adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve, oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, nitrogen and oxygen separation is achieved under the action of pressure swing adsorption (PSA). Meanwhile, we adopt the two-adsorption tower process, one tower is used for adsorption and oxygen production; the other tower is used for desorption and regeneration. The PLC intelligent program controls the pneumatic angle valve opening and closing, so that the two towers cycle alternately, continuously producing high-quality oxygen.
