Compared with AB tower dryer, the feature of modular dryers can be combined and stacked in a modular manner according to the processing capacity requirements. The optimized distribution design slows down the gas-flow in the adsorption chamber, increases the contact area and time between gas and molecular sieve, maximize the drying effect.
The modular dryer is made of aluminum alloy, so it's anti-corrosion. The volume of each mold barrel is less than 30L which is not belong to the category of pressure vessels, so annual inspection is not required. Also the amount of adsorbent is only 1/3 of the AB tower dryer, leads lower maintenance cost and the adsorption efficiency is almost doubled.
