Precision filters

1. High filtration accuracy
Ingersoll Rand precision filters are made of imported glass fiber material with high filtration accuracy, which can effectively 

filter out impurities and oil droplets in the air. For example, the filtration accuracy of T-level precision filters is 5μm, and the

filtration accuracy of A-level precision filters is 1μm.

2. Air permeability and high efficiency
The filter element uses American strong hydrophobic and oleophobic fiber filter material, which has good permeability and 

high strength, and can effectively prevent oil and water from being entrained by high-speed airflow, so that small oil droplets 

gather and discharge.

3. Good air tightness
The junction between the filter element and the filter housing adopts a reliable sealing ring to ensure that the airflow is not 

short-circuited and prevent impurities from directly entering the downstream without passing through the filter element.

4. Strong corrosion resistance
The filter element adopts anti-corrosion reinforced nylon end caps and anti-corrosion filter element skeletons, which are 

suitable for harsh working conditions.

5. Wide range of applications
Applicable to general reciprocating air compressor pre-filtration and screw air compressor pre-filtration, and can filter out oil, 

gas and impurity particles in compressed air.

6. Compact structure and low energy consumption
The shell is made of aluminum alloy die-casting, with compact structure, high porosity, strong interception ability, low pressure 

and low energy consumption.

7. Multiple filtration precisions are optional: There are four filtration precisions of G, H, D and A to choose from, which are 

suitable for different filtration needs.
